During an air conditioning tuneup being performed by another company, the technician found a bad blower wheel in my air handler. He gave me an (in my humble opinion) outrageous estimate for the repair (almost $600). He actually tried to sell me an entire new system. After he left, I called around for quotes and Sorensen came in at a little over $300, which seemed a little more reasonable. Even though my unit was still functioning, they got me on the schedule the next afternoon. Brian showed up and did a fantastic job, in and out in less then an hour. He showed me the old blower wheel, which was in pretty poor shape, causing my air handler to vibrate when it was running. Needless to say, I highly recommend Sorensen.
