We also use browser localStorage to remember your display theme preference (light/dark). No personal data is stored in localStorage.

Messages you send through the chat widget are transmitted to Anthropic's servers to generate responses. Text Message (SMS) Communications

By providing your phone number and submitting a service request, you consent to receive service-related and maintenance reminder text messages from Sorensen Heating & Cooling LLC.

• Message types: appointment confirmations, service updates, seasonal maintenance reminders, and responses to your inquiries.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies. Maintenance reminders are sent no more than once per season per customer.
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will be immediately removed and will not receive further messages. Reply START to re-subscribe.

• Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS opt-out requests are honored immediately and permanently.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and service inquiries for up to 3 years for business record-keeping purposes. Suggestion submissions are retained for up to 1 year. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us below.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.

Your Rights
