Sorensen Heating & Cooling LLC provides commercial and residential HVAC services in the Phoenix metropolitan area, including installation, maintenance, repair, and related services. Service availability is subject to technician availability and geographic coverage area.

Response Time Targets: We strive to meet advertised response time targets (including 2-hour and 4-hour targets for emergency calls), but these are goals, not guarantees. Actual response times may vary based on technician availability, traffic, weather, and call volume. Emergency situations are dispatched on a priority basis.

Scope Limitations: We do not service food-service refrigeration equipment (walk-in coolers, commercial freezers, reach-in cases, or commercial ice machines), which requires a separate contractor classification we do not hold.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All estimates and quotes provided via this website, by phone, or by email are non-binding until a written service agreement is signed by an authorized representative of both parties. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins.
