I can't say enough good things about Ryan. He took care of our AC in no time and had it up and running. Very professional and easy to work with. Their prices are extremely fair. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of AC repair or maintenance. We have been customers for years and are never disappointed.

Brian, the owner, was really knowledgeable and patient. We wanted a high efficiency HVAC system, but I didn't know a lot more than to look at the SEER rating. Brian explained exactly how the variable speed compressors use electricity more efficiently. He never pushed and always took the time to explain. I also like that he didn't require going to the house before giving a quote and he provided several options to meet our needs and budget. I talked to several vendors and I really liked Sorensen - I felt I could trust them. 5 stars for all the care and guidance Brian provided!

Hands down the best AC company we have ever used. The work ethic, timeliness, and professionalism was phenomenal. Zach was our tech and he was honest with us about everything that was requiring service and cost associated. Ultimately we had our unit replaced and Sorenson gave us an amazing deal and had our new AC installed and working less than 24 hours after we made the decision to replace. If I could give Sorenson 100 stars I would. Definitely recommend!

Hired Brian Sorensen to replace my aged AC unit. Great service, never pushed or tried to up-sell me. Unit works great. A vent was moved to make it more accessible for filter changes. Had some concern about the thermostat operation and Brian was quick to respond - turned out it was operator error. No charge for the service call. If you have not dealt with him, you need to - I have not met a more honest HVAC guy.

We have relied on Sorensen Heating and Cooling to maintain our heat pumps for over a decade. Brian gave us detailed proposals outlining our options and explained every step. The entire job was completed the day it was scheduled. We are especially delighted with the higher efficiency - our average daily power cost went down 27% from $5.73 per day to $4.17 per day after the new heat pumps were installed.

We had a problem with our AC unit not cooling properly. Our service person, Ryan, came and diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and now our AC is chugging along well. Ryan is very personable and knowledgeable. There was no sales pitch and we felt they were honest and very helpful. Sorensen's will definitely be in our contact list.

Wow! I am very impressed with Sorensen Heating and Cooling. Brian called me back within 30 minutes and had a tech out that afternoon. Ryan took the time to get the wiring corrected and reset the Google Nest thermostat - I was so impressed with his knowledge. I was only charged a service call fee. Refreshing! I am new to AZ and will definitely use them for all my future needs. I definitely prefer to work with a family owned company. They are awesome!

Sorensen has saved us on multiple occasions. Brian did a repair that hopefully gave us one more summer. They show up when they are supposed to, don't price gouge you because it's blazing hot and you need the cooling, and their repairs last. Oh, they're also friendly, knowledgeable, and ethical - a trifecta of greatness. We will continue to use them.

I was recommended to Brian by a friend after having a terrible experience with another AC company. All phone calls were immediately returned and their service was spot on. I had a new HVAC system installed by a different company. The installation was poor and multiple service calls were made without resolution. I called Sorensen and Brian came out for a diagnostic. He leak-tested the system, found the original contractor had installed the wrong size evaporator coil, and explained clearly what needed to be done. His professionalism and knowledge were outstanding. I plan to switch all future service to Sorensen.

I am sure I was annoying, but I never at any point felt as if I was bothering him - he is knowledgeable and a true gentleman.
