Replacement means swapping out an existing system that has failed or reached end of life. Installation is the broader job of putting in a new air conditioner, which also covers adding cooling to a room addition, casita, converted garage, or a home that never had central AC. Either way we start with a proper load calculation so the equipment is sized to the space, not just matched to whatever was there before. How do you size the right system for my home?
We perform a load calculation that accounts for your square footage, ceiling height, insulation, window exposure, and the West Valley climate. Oversized systems short-cycle and cool unevenly; undersized systems run constantly and never keep up in July. Getting the size right is the single biggest factor in comfort and efficiency, and we do not guess.
How long does a new AC installation take?

What brands do you install, and what warranty do I get?
We install all major brands including Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Ruud, and Rheem, and we help you choose based on your home and budget rather than a brand we are paid to push. Every installation includes full commissioning, a one-year labor warranty on our workmanship, and the manufacturer parts warranty, typically 10 years when the system is registered.
Are there rebates or financing for a new AC?
Yes. APS and SRP offer rebates on qualifying high-efficiency systems, and high-efficiency heat pumps may qualify for a federal tax credit. We identify what you qualify for and handle the rebate paperwork. Financing is available through approved lenders so you can spread the cost out.
